After the epoxy hardened I traced the outline of the handle design on the rosewood parts and sawed the excess wood.

After some light planing and sanding the handle was ready. Lastly, I "broke" the sharp edges of the blade's long sides using a diamond stone. 

The knife works very well.  It allows me to use it in tight corners and the shape of the handle (though simple) is very comfortable to hold.
