The bench sans vise appears remarkably similar to the 18th century bench depicted in the Build an 18th Century workbench. DVD I just purchased. I do have a few questions about that bench but can’t find an avenue to pose the questions.
How is the bench holding up after 5 years?
In retrospect would you make the bench wider for stability?
I am about to begin construction complete with the Sheldon vise. Would like to know if I should laminate the top or go with the slab top.
