My only concern with this design is that the front slat is at an angle that would cut off the circulation in your legs after sitting on it for awhile. Or, is the laminated pieces flexible enough to alleviate this?
I agree. Looks like thrombosis waiting to happen.
How about adding another lamination with a reverse curve to actually hold the slats?
