It’s Compact, Mobile and Durable
DeWALT recently introduced a new heavy-duty electric portable compressor, the D55171. It’s low profile makes it easy to store and the 12-in. puncture-resistant semi-pneumatic tires and a retractable handle make it easy to move around despite weighing 105 pounds. These are all great features for a small shop compressor.
Behind the outward features are some less visible components worth noting: The D55171 has a newly designed sealed lube pump that ensures a long, trouble-free life. Additionally, the D55171 has increased the max tank PSI to 175 PSI and can deliver 4.6 cfm at 100 psi.
