To cut my 8’-long boards for the face frame I use my crosscut jig because it would be dangerous to proceed at the tablesaw. The portable circular saw is held against the guide bar to cut quickly and precisely.

 

The stiles are temporarely installed to take the exact measurement of the rails.

 

Here I’m making a dry assembly to verify all pieces. I’m very satisfied.
