I install this shopmade support on my workbench to raise the face frames to be cut.
I use the jigsaw with a coarse blade to cut the curves on the lower part of the face frames.
The blade stays away from the line. The router will complete the cut.
This is the completed rough cut.
I clamp my template guide on the face frame to guide the router.
As shown, the template is right on the line. The router will eliminate the rest.
