Help! The junk drawer in our kitchen is out of control! I have trouble finding anything in there. Is there a simple way to add dividers to my kitchen drawers without taking them apart?

You bet! Here’s a way to control the clutter in less time than it takes to find the potato peeler.

To make the brackets that hold the dividers in place, groove the edge of a 3/4-in.-thick board on your router table and round over the outside edges.Then rip the grooved edge off the board and crosscut to length. I like to attach the brackets with double-faced tape or a little hot-melt glue. That way you can reposition them to suit your everchanging collection of kitchen junk.
