Build on Your Leaded Glass Skills
Add miters and diamonds to your glass work! Get quality results by incorporating angles at transitions in the design, and learn the physical mitering process (it’s fairly forgiving). You’ll learn:
- About using antique gems and new glass pieces to add dimension to your designs
- To incorporate miters and angles into your design without affecting (and even improving) support in the glass panel
- The fine points to cutting and adjusting lead to create clean, accurate corners
- How to use solder as a type of “lead putty” to mask minor inconsistencies
- And much more!
Take the next step in leaded glass by adding miters to your next design!
