David Ebner is a master furniture maker from Long Island, New York. I saw one of his elegant console tables in The Salon: Art + Design in Manhattan a few months ago.

He showed this piece in the Modern Gallery booth, and there I had the opportunity to talk to the owner of the gallery and learn that Ebner's solo show and book are due this spring. The show opened up just yesterday and the book is out for some time now.

My friend, design historian Daniella Ohad Smith, celebrated Ebner's achievements with a short video that was published today. I highly recommend that you watch this video. It will expose you to one of the most talented and accomplished woodworkers of our time.
