The top is various sized squares and rectangles all pieced on top of plywood. The pieces are walnut, oak, maple, and probably some other species of wood scraps that were available in the shop. It&#039;s got a 4&quot; tall x 5/8&quot; mitered edge around it. The top was all sanded smooth and some oil based finish applied. The legs are installed across the miter with a corner bracket for support.
