Jonathan- I’m in Indy also and have taken several classes at Marc’s. He runs a first class school with excellent instructors. One evening each week (usually Tuesday) there is a cookout at the school followed by slide show presentations from each of the week’s instructors. Being a local, I encourage you to call ahead and find out when the cookout will happen and make a reservation. They charge a nominal fee ($5 in past years) to cover food costs. It’s an excellent opportunity to see the school, meet Marc’s staff and see some incredible work by the instructors teaching that week.

It is a very cool place. I live about 8 miles from it and our local woodworking club has gone there.

I was just in Edinburgh the other day and I am pretty sure I accidentally passed that mill. I’ll have to pay more attention the next time I am there. Being in Indy, I am aware the Marc Adams school is just south of me. I keep looking at classes, but just haven’t pulled the trigger on one yet.
