One of my biggest annoyances with my Bosch jigsaw is the inability to maintain the angles between the blade and baseplate. A dedicated flat base and a gear driven angled base are brilliant. Add in the typically excellent dust collection and it sounds like a winner. The stroboscopic LED is just icing on the cake.

I’m really glad that I’ve held out upgrading my old craftsman jigsaw-shaped tool. It’s awesome that that batteries are backwards compatible, I really don’t need to expand my collection of archaic electron receptacles.
